Rolled graphene oxide (roll-GO) with anew morphological properties than normal is synthesized using modified Hummer. Then, the roll-GO/PANI composite prepared through adsorption of roll-GO on surface PANI film, that performed oxidative polymerization method. The developed displays a small bandgap 1.9 eV and shows high optical property extends wide region from UV to IR regions. chemical structure function groups are confirmed XRD FTIR. was investigated as photodetector. effects different irradiation light conditions monochromatic wavelengths were tested measurements produced current density, Jph. photon response exhibited excellent sensitivity Jph enhanced highly under (0.34 mA·cm?2) compared dark (0.007 mA·cm?2). reached 0.24, 0.23, 0.14, 0.09 mA·cm?2 340, 440, 540, 730 nm, respectively. photodetector detectivity (D) photoresponsivity (R) found equal 0.45 × 109 Jones 2.25 mA·W?1,
